The Aureus Group Graphic Designer has the responsibility to develop design strategies in
line with the company’s objectives and branding. The candidate will need to collaborate on
projects with their colleagues, delegate tasks, and check for quality and consistency.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Confident working with a range of design software to create graphic output
• Work closely with the team members and oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadline
• Suggest new ways of improving the quality of designs and other project issues
• Assist team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements according to the objectives of projects
• Develop new creative campaigns for specific targets
• Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments to manage projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising artistic creativity

Pre-Requisites:

• A university degree in graphic design or visual communication, along with 2-3 years of work experience as a Graphic designer
• Proficient in Design tools - Adobe Creative Suite [Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Aftereffects]
• Proficient in Presentation tools - PowerPoint, Keynote / Web technologies (HTML, CSS) / Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in Wordpress
• Skills in copywriting, videography and editing are a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent creative and innovative skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise different tasks
