[Employer Branding]
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Contribute ideas for creative initiatives aligned with Rakuten Asia’s culture, values, and hiring goals
- Stay updated on employer branding trends and share insights with the team
- Support in video production and editing of employee stories, event highlights, and branding initiatives
- Repurpose articles, interviews and event highlights into bite-sized social media posts.
- Assist in scripting and captioning for video content and employee spotlights
- Conduct interviews with employees and leaders for feature articles and video content.
Event Support
- Coordinate logistics for employer branding related events and initiatives. (Event photography, Employee features, conducting interviews with employees etc)
- Design collaterals for employee recruitment and events
Social Media & Analytics
- Support and manage Rakuten Asia’s social media platforms
- Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on performance
[Talent Management]
- Help maintain and update talent management systems
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Management team
- Assist in organising and executing Talent Management initiatives and events

Requirements
- Able to commit for 3 – 6 months
- Internship period: From June 2026
- From a reputable tertiary institution (preferably students who major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.)
- Basic to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
- A good portfolio of past projects in design and copywriting
- Passionate about storytelling, branding and digital media
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership
