Responsibilities
The Creative Designer will be responsible for
  • Understanding communication strategies through creative briefings and collaborating closely with the wider team to generate innovative ideas and concepts that fulfill clients' briefs.
  • Designing and implementing visual elements that align with brand positioning, public relations, and strategic marketing to convey clients' unique messages effectively.
  • Acting as the primary force behind visual execution while ensuring quality control at every stage of the creative process.
  • Producing sketches, storyboards (for TV/video), and mock-ups (for online/print) to communicate ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Confidently pitching ideas and presenting design concepts to Account Managers, internal stakeholders, and clients.
  • Commissioning and briefing photographers, artists, or filmmakers for creative collaborations.
  • Visiting and assessing potential shoot locations, as well as working on-site when necessary.
  • Maximising financial resources to deliver value for both clients and the company.
  • Cross-sharing ideas and learnings within the team to boost creative thinking and foster innovation. 
  • Taking ownership of responsibilities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high standard of quality under tight schedules.
Requirements
In this role, we are looking for someone with
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a creative agency (branding or advertising); or a fresh graduate with a strong portfolio. 
  • Proficiency in the following software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects),  Google Slides, Social Media Editing Tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Higgsfield), with SketchUp as a bonus.
  • A portfolio showcasing quality creative work that demonstrates problem-solving through design and strategic thinking.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong commitment to quality in design and execution.
  • Passion for design trends and new aesthetics, emerging platforms, and new technologies.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas confidently.
