R3's in-house marketing team supports all global, regional, and local consultants, working across a range of clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality presentation and collateral that makes us shine in a competitive market. In addition, our marketing team produces brand-led editorials, graphics, and other promotional materials.

The Role

This role is suited for a fresh design graduate looking to apply their skills in a corporate environment. The scope of work includes supporting our in-house marketing team in laying out reports, formatting presentations for consultants, and creating visuals for social media. Candidates with 1 – 2 years’ work experience are preferred, but individuals with prior internship or freelance experience are also encouraged to apply.

Core Capabilities

· Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

· Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint

· Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time

· Ability to upload brand guidelines and apply them to a range of different formats

· Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all brand presentation is of a high standard

· Having a good eye for design and aesthetics to create well-thought-out reports and presentations
