Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Directors.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director, including business support tasks such as travel arrangements, managing daily calendars and schedules, appointment scheduling, and drafting correspondences.
  • Assist the Director with daily tasks and follow up closely on them.
  • Monitor all payment schedules for the Director.
  • Track, follow up, and update tasks assigned to employees by the Directors.
  • Consolidate routine reports from all departments.
  • Prepare reports using Excel, Word, or PowerPoint.
  • Take minutes during meetings and ensure follow-ups.
  • Assist in daily operations, including HR, admin, accounting tasks, and more.
  • Perform daily translation work.
  • Prepare and submit petty cash claims for the Director’s expenses.
  • Gather information for external parties, such as subcontractors, for their queries or collaboration.
  • Support any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements:
  • At least Diploma in Business Management or any other field
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Skilled at Microsoft Words, Excel and/or PowerPoint
  • Detailed and have strong execution skills
  • Able to multi task, task oriented & prioritized well
  • Pleasant looking
  • Organized & a team player
  • Independent & meticulous
  • Good in organizational, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Confident, dependable, discreet, and diplomatic.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Possess own vehicle & class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
