Responsibilities
The role

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the visual creation of campaigns and creatives of all scale, for online, print, video and collateral material.

The role includes establishing the conceptual and stylistic direction for clients’ projects and orchestrating the work of fellow designers, artists, photographers, illustrators, printers and anyone else involved in the development of a project.

The Graphic Designer must have the imagination, drive and enthusiasm for producing industry-leading and strategically sound work. They must be able to articulate their vision to internal stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities


• Comprehend communication strategies through creative briefings, and work closely with the Copywriters to generate innovative ideas and concepts to fulfil clients’ brief. 

• Creation and implementation of the visual design elements associated with brand positioning, public relations and strategic marketing for conveying clients’ unique message.

• Act as the main force of visual execution and be responsible for quality control. 

• Produce sketches and storyboards (TV/video) and mock-ups (online/print) to communicate ideas to the clients. 

• Pitch ideas to Account Manager and internal stakeholders, as well as to clients.

• Brief other members of the team. 

• Commission and brief photographers, artists or filmmakers to work on projects. 

• Visit and assess locations for potential shoots, and work on location.

• Ability to maximise the financial resources and earnings of both clients and company. 

• Help fellow designers become familiar with the qualities of commercial art and enhance their creative thinking and abilities. 

• Be passionate about social media, new platforms and emerging tech, share helpful information with colleagues, and provide inspiring creative ideas for works.

• Take responsibility and keep commitments when facing challenges or deadlines.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in regional/global creative agencies.

• Proficiency in mainstream design software.

• Impressive portfolio with works able to demonstrate how to solve people/clients problems.

• Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Great communicator and collaborator.

• Forward thinking, and have an intellectual curiosity about what’s new in innovation, tech and platforms.

• Passion for the work and dedication to craft.
