Wayne Enterprises is a boutique design agency dedicated to helping brands build awareness and communicate with their customers through unique and expertly crafted design. WE are a homegrown company based in the little red dot on the map – Singapore. Founded in 2013 by an aspiring Singaporean who wants to promote and educate local designers to reach the next level in design thinking.
WE believe that design is more than just pictures and text aesthetically placed together. It is also intuitive, clear and uncluttered, all while grounded by a rationale. Be it establishing brand awareness for young companies or supporting big name brands, WE give our all in every new project and endeavour to exceed clients’ expectations.

- Conceptualisation of branding design ideas, while creating marketing initiatives and effective communication for customers.
- Conceptualisation of creative design ideas and development of all design and printing jobs
- A team player that who is able to work closely with the account manager, ensuring the design works are aligned with the client’s requirements.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work well on multiple projects
- Interpersonal, and passionate over design are essential

Requirements
- Candidates should be competent in Adobe CC software with minimally competent in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects. Others will be a plus.
- They should have at least 2 years of experience or exposures in branding and creative design for concepts and also execution in printing.
- Branding and Motion graphics creation is a plus to the final consideration.
- Candidates has to be positive, self-motivated and able to cope with fast-pace design and print industry.
- Degree / Diploma holder in Graphic Design / Visual Communications or related discipline.
