We are looking for a Creative Manager to join our growing digital and content marketing business to help brands create effective and visually impactful campaigns that engage the target audience.

The Creative Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering high quality creative output that meet project timeline and client satisfaction. You are expected to:

  • Engage with the internal teams as well as the clients to gather information and understand the overall scope, objectives and direction of the creative campaign brief
  • Conceptualise, present and pitch your ideas – from pitch deck development to visual reference gathering, storyboarding, copywriting and scripting – professionally and effectively to all campaign stake holders
  • Oversee, style and direct the production of creative deliverables including but not limited to static images, animated GIFs and videos optimised for digital publishing and distribution
  • Have a strong command of the English language and have the ability to develop long-form and short-form writing
  • Identify and collaborate with influential content partners/creators to develop engaging content assets and increase brand credibility and exposure
  • Analyse results and effectiveness of creative content campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
  • As-needed schedule requires flexible availability, including occasional last-minute and weekend coverage
Desired Skills and Experience

  • Have experience in art direction, designing sets and styling
  • Has good photography and Adobe Photoshop skills a plus
  • Passionate about new media and digital content
  • A great storyteller with creative flair and strong sense of aesthetics
  • Excellent English language communication skills
  • A reliable team player who is self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Well organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail
  • Understanding of the local differences of social users in the region
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, organisational and business-judgement skills
