Description
Established in 2017, The Kettle Gourmet is Singapore’s most beloved popcorn company and it has seen steady growth and opportunities over the last few years. We aim to be the Nestle of Asia and we are looking for the right team members to be part of our team on this journey as a Brand Manager.

Working hours are from 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays, subject to OT when needed. Our office is located at Kembangan.
Internal meetings will be conducted daily at 9am with the team to make sure that everyone is on the same page and to keep track of the different responsibilities. The core team which you will be working closely with is inclusive of the CEO, CFO, COO, Business Development and Designer. On a larger scale, there will also be quarterly meetings on the company’s upcoming goals, KPI and strategies.

Responsibilities
As the Brand Manager of The Kettle Gourmet, you can expect to be taking on a strong leadership role and be highly involved in the processes of our organisation. The processes include but are not limited to:

  • Spearhead overall brand direction and strategies
  • Manage marketing and design team (local and remote)
  • Manage content and collaterals for all brands
  • Analyse marketing or developing trends of customers' behaviour
  • Liaise with manufacturers on product specifications
  • Manage e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, etc) & social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc) platforms
  • Assist with customer relationship management
  • Assist in day-to-day operations, dispatching and receiving of products
  • Liaise with external companies for brand collaboration
Requirements
We are seeking for an individual who possesses a strong knowledge on market strategies, is creative, and has at least 2 years of relevant working experience. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video creation software is a pre-requisite.
