Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, design and manage all design work relating to visuals, layouts, production and packaging of course materials and aids.
- Support courseware developers in the development of templates and custom graphic and images for course materials - particularly MS PowerPoint presentations.
- Design and development of new and/or refining existing etemplates with visually rich presentations. Standardising fonts, adding of custom graphic illustrations, infographics, images, and other visual elements for the slides to ensure brand consistency and the contents are presented effectively.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to prepare and manage the course materials and documents, and ensuring they are updated with the latest template or version, before printing and/or for online classes.
- Maintain content within the Learning Management System by creating and uploading modules and courses.
- Provide LMS administrative support in the deployment of courses and programs to learners. Generate and provide reports when needed.
- Support Marketing team with digital artworks when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in using graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite), MS Words, PowerPoiint and familiar with printing/production processes.
- Have a creative flair for visual design and layout.
- Mature, self-disciplined with an eye for details.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
