We are a bespoke confectionary brand, famous for our inventive and colorful approach to edible products that are little pieces of art. We are looking for designers who are passionate yet capable to analyse customer behaviours and identify opportunities while being able to articulate human-centered approaches in a fast-paced environment. We're a young and passionate team committed to creating a convenient, delightful and intelligent user experience.
  • Create and manage multiple social media accounts, developing content to inform, educate and engage the brand’s audience to increase awareness and achieve marketing goals
  • Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
  • Create editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websites
  • Create and distribute contents such as infographics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlet
  • Stay-up-to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  •  Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
  • Ideate and develop contents to publish in social channels
  • Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
  • Create compelling graphics to share across social channels
  • Write social media captions that speak to the company’s target audience
  • Help create and edit short-form videos
  • Assist with photo/video content shoots
  • Assist in other tasks assigned by Superior
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in digital communication/design or related field, preferably with professional certification/ training in UI/UX Design (or currently studying in this field)
  • Experience using various design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Art Direction, Graphic Design, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Product Management, Web Design
  • Interest in photo shooting and editing, creating content across social often and comfortable to try out new editing content apps
  • Experience with content management systems, word processor applications and image/video editing software
  • Mastery of the major social media platforms platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Google+, etc
  • Knowledge of social media analytics software including Facebook Insights, Google Analytics to track audience engagement and campaign performance
  • Possess basic copy-writing skills
  • Meticulous, paying high attention to detail, with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English
  • Keen interest in the retail/F&B sector
  • Embraces challenges, takes initiative and great at managing relations/people-person.
