Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Lead incident response efforts, investigate security breaches, and conduct thorough post-incident analysis.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and integration of security solutions across software and infrastructure development.
- Manage regulatory compliance and lead security assessments for third-party vendors.
- Create and deliver security training and awareness programs for internal teams.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, continuously improving security infrastructure.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or a related field.
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with 3+ years in project management roles.
- Deep knowledge of network security, encryption, and security tools.
- Proficient in security frameworks and secure software development practices.
- Experience managing large-scale OT/CII security projects, with knowledge of emerging technologies such as PAM, MFA, and zero trust architecture.
