Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the creative direction for corporate projects working through every stage of the design process in response to the client brief.
• Client presentations, engagement and communication - being the main point of contact on key projects you lead. Provide necessary presentation materials such as PowerPoint presentation slides, presentation packages etc. to present creative solutions to client.
• Preparation of all presentation materials and detailed project technical documentation and attend project meetings.
• You will have the opportunity to be involved in projects across the Asia Pacific.
• You will be given the freedom to fully express your design ingenuity.
• You will lead the documentation of drawings and monitor work by drafting team.
• Ensure all design changes and solutions are well implemented and coordinated into the project design documentation.
• Monitor design intent progression on sites.
• Keep abreast of current design and materials trends and workplace design strategies.
• Source for quotations and materials from local vendors.
• With a focus on Workplace and Commercial projects, you’ll collaborate with leaders from across the global studios taking responsibility for efficiently leading projects and teams in executing leading-edge design outcomes in Asia that have a commitment to innovation and sustainability.
• You will undertake design, documentation, and construction phase services across a range of projects. A demonstrated track record of bringing projects from concept through to completion is a must with experience in ID package documentation.

Requirements
What we look for:
• You are a designer with strong technical knowledge, with a leaning towards workplace interior architecture and meticulous attention to detail.
• 3+ years proven experience in the corporate office and commercial interior design work with accompanying portfolio.
• Interior architecture, or interior design tertiary education.
• The initiative and judgement to organise and prioritise tasks whilst working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion to be truly creative and a strong desire to work in a team with great designers
• Strong experience in space planning, conceptual design, sketching, technical coordination and drawing production.
• Good understanding of workplace strategies.
• Detailed knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketchup, Photoshop, Office Suite.
• Right to work in Singapore (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
