Responsibilities
The Interior Designer (Commercial) will be responsible for creating and delivering inspirational designs to meet the client's commercial needs. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Mandai with flexibility for some remote work. The Interior Designer (Commercial) will work closely with clients to ensure that the design and build process is completed according to their requirements while ensuring the work is completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Interior Design or a related field
- Experience with commercial interior design projects and construction documents
- Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization
- Strong knowledge of commercial building codes, sustainability, and accessibility standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients, vendors, and team members
- Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time, excellent time management skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Portfolio reflecting relevant commercial interior design projects
