Description
We are looking for a designer who is able to move quickly between still graphics, illustrations and creative ideas for the brand. The Creative Team is responsible for design work ranging from newsletters to social media posts; basically for all things in-house and marketing purposes.
The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. Big plus if you are familiar with crypto and the defi world.
Responsibilities
- Create first class illustration and static graphic designs for products and news announcements on a wide range of platforms
- Excellent design and motion skills
- Generate creative ideas for social media content
- Communicate design direction, decisions, and rationale to the design team
- Work closely with the growth team, marketing team, social media team and web developers to provide materials they need
- Point of communication between the company and the audience
Requirements
- Creativeness!
- Interested in building first-class creative materials
- Experienced with various multimedia tools, a fast learner and have a “get things done” attitude
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and having the ability to juggle conflicting requirements from many different stakeholders
- Humble to embrace better ideas from others, eager to make things better, open to challenges and possibilities
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite CC 2022 –Illustrator, Photoshop
- Experience with photo shooting, video shooting or 3D rendering is an advantage
- Portfolio is required
