Responsibilities
Website
  • Manage, update and maintain corporate website.
  • Perform web analytics and Search Engine Optimisation to understand company online presence and increase traffic to site.
  • Do research on web to understand trends and competition.
Social Media
  • Manage, update and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.
  • Create content including text posts, video, images and other visuals for key platforms.
  • Optimize social media channels to drive engagements and increase follower base.
  • Create, manage and track ads campaigns on social media.
General
  • Design, produce and manage collaterals including prints, videos and other digital assets for online and offline channels (social media, campaigns, website, digital displays, brochures, posters, emails etc).
  • Take pictures and shoot digital footage of students, activities and events, etc.
  • Assemble raw digital footage, trim footage segments and piece them into a well-integrated video story.
  • Support development of curriculum materials, presentations and other studio marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistency in content and compatible designs across all brand platforms & devices - mobile, tablet, different screen sizes, and in compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct customer survey (voice of customer) using print or digital solutions from time to time.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities assigned.
Requirements
  • A Diploma or Degree in digital multimedia design, graphic design, video production, visual effects, interactive design or in related field (2D/3D animation, illustration).
  • At least 2 years of creative experience with strong knowledge and experience in visual and interactive design for social media, Google display ads, prints and websites hosted on WordPress.
  • Knowledge of copywriting, content marketing and, SEO/web analytics will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, In Design, Google Web Designer and other visual design tools.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint and Word.
  • Good command of English, preferably 1 to 2 years of intense writing experience for web or print.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines, able to multi-task, and have strong organisational skills.
