Responsibilities
- Managing sales enquiry and understanding clients’ needs and renovation requests
- Providing professional advice on space planning, design concept, materials selection and project scheduling
- Provide ballpark figure/quotation base on proposed design
- Close sales and prepare renovation contract
- Work closely with project coordinator, designer, suppliers and contractors to ensure all renovation works are done according to plan and timeline
Requirements
- Candidates without experience but passionate in interior design are welcome to apply, training will be provided
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- Preferrable Young, Energetic and Motivated
