Job Responsibilities:
- Manage sales inquiries
- Understand customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare project quotation
- Schedule workflow
- 2D or 3D with space planning
- Shop drawings capability will be a plus
- Ensuring smooth coordination of renovation project
- Be able to deliver the project on time
Requirements
- Keen interest in Interior Design and Renovation
- Preferably with sales experience
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Prepare quotation and project costing fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Supervise work progress
- Pleasant working attitude, hardworking and creative
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management skills
- Fast learner and willing to learn
- Able to handle English & Mandarin speaking client & correspondences
- Knowledge in AutoCad, Sketchup and Adobe Photoshop preferred
- Ability to work creatively, both in a collaborative group environment and individually
