Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers to interpret and translate design concepts into comprehensive interior construction drawings.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on technical feasibility and construction considerations.
- Research and select appropriate materials, fixtures, and furnishings to support design concepts.
- Assist in project management tasks, including coordinating with contractors and vendors.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and standards to ensure designs adhere to regulations and best practices.
- Contribute to the creation of presentation materials to communicate design concepts to clients.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Certificate / Diploma in Interior Design or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a dedication to ensuring design accuracy.
- A passion for interior design and a desire to bring creative concepts to life.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with designers and clients.
