Responsibilities
Responsibilities
1. Handle Sales Enquiries
- Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements
- Provide space planning and interior ideas and suggestions
- Provide quotation base on proposed design
2. Project Coordination
- Arrange and schedule the respective parties involve in the project to ensure smooth coordination
3. Site Supervision
- Ensure the timeline and proposed designs are met
- Work closely with sub contractors and suppliers to deliver quality project completion
Requirements
Requirements
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients to understand their project requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, sketchup and Photoshop (Preferred)
- Design or Sales background is preferred
- Good Working attitude
