The Company
Founded in 2012, The Association Pte Ltd is helmed by Creative Director, JQ Ong. 
Breaking stereotypes, being unconventional and experimental are intrinsic to creating stylish and functional interior designs for residential and commercial spaces. 
The definition of “Association" is derived from the concept that a group of people are gathered for a single purpose. 
The Association's purpose is to design beautiful and functional space.

In The Association, we focus on anti-luxury design.  

We believe that a home is not a place to impress, neither it is a showroom. We believe a home is an oasis for you to rest and rejuvenate; a sanctuary from the urban environment we live in; a place where you can be yourself - no pretence, no themes, no trends. 

Some express their desired space in a clutter-free environment while others prefer to fill open shelves with things lovingly acquired over the years. We encourage both as long as it expresses who you are.

Your daily routine determines our design. Before aesthetics, we prioritise ergonomic, functionality and practicality. We design and build homes that simply work. Things built should be easy to use and fuss-free.
